Each character is created directly from your child’s photo to capture their unique look and personality. Our artists carefully combine advanced tools with custom character design to turn your child into a storybook character that truly feels like them.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Will I see a preview before my book is printed?

Yes! Before your book is printed, we’ll send you a digital preview by email so you can see how everything looks. If you’d like any changes, we’re happy to revise it until you’re completely happy with your book.
What is your return/refund policy?

We’re unable to accept returns once the book has been printed. That said, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. You’ll receive a preview before printing, and if anything isn’t right, we’ll happily make revisions to ensure you love your book before it goes into production.
